SPARKL-SEAL VOC & LVOC penetrate the substrate and fill micro cracks to protect surfaces, consolidate aggregate and increase integral strength. Contains Special U.V. Inhibitors Designed To Maximize Resistance To Degradation Due To Sunlight. Dries Rapidly And Has Excellent Recoatability Characteristics. Seals And Protects Surfaces From Absorption And Damage From Water, Deicing Salts, Dirt, Aerosol Paint, Grease, Oil And Freeze/Thaw Cycles. Enhances Surface Colors With A High Gloss “Wet Look” Shine That Will Not Yellow. Sparkl-Seal LVOC Has A Lower VOC (<400 g/l) And Meets O.T.C. Air Quality Rules.
