SPARKL-SEAL E penetrates substrates and fills micro cracks to protect sufaces, consolidate aggregate and increase integral strength. Seals And Protects Surfaces From Absorption And Damage From Water, Deicing Salts, Dirt, Aerosol Paint, Grease, Oil And Freeze/Thaw Cycles. Complies with ASTM C 309, Type 1, Class A & B and AASHTO M 148, Type 1, Class B. Complies with USDA requirements for incidental food contact. Enhances Surface Colors With A Medium Gloss “Wet Look” Shine That Will Not Yellow. Low Odor, Water Based Formulation Is Ideal For Interior Or Exterior Application.
