NOX-CRETE PCE dries to form a tough, slip-resistant, wax-like film which is physically welded to the form surface.  When contacted with fresh concrete, this film reacts to form a soapy film that allows trapped air and free water to escape during vibration. Produces Architectural Concrete. Maximum Resistance To Removal By Rain, Foot Traffic, Running Water And Scouring During Concrete Placement.
